The house contains an astonishing 6 Flat screen TV's and 2 hi fis, a video and DVD player, together with a video and CD library, so if the attractions of York situated on your doorstep are not enough you can always relax at home.

This lounge has a new flatscreen digital TV with Freeview, a video & DVD player & hi-fi together with a selection of CDs, Videos & DVDs. We offer free wireless (and wired if you want) internet access.            

The nest of tables means you can always find somewhere to put your drink!

This room has the largest TV together with the DVD and video.  This provides a quiet place to relax away from the socialising, or can work well as somewhere for the children to go if they get bored with your conversations.

You can step straight out onto a sunny balcony overlooking the rear patio and the Bishops Gate development.

Both the balcony and rear patio are on the quieter side of the house and have garden furniture so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, whilst still being right in the centre of this fascinating historic city.
